    great idea and should be easy to do for instance a 10 day rsi of the mti under 20 is in the buy zone then wait for the crossover up as the trigger

    You can currently graph the Mti by itself, add moving averages and draw support and resistance. You would not be able to use stochastic or similar because the calculation for these indicators uses price – which the MTI does not have, because it is already a technical indicator. Essentially it would like trying to use MACD on Relative Strength.
