In v6, when creating a search using MA crossovers, there was a drop down list that could be adjusted for any number of days. v7 has a template that only has a limited number of possibilities

New Shares issued is not timely.
The number of New Shares issued directly affects Price. When new shares are issued, Price drops accordingly (see AGNC on 12/9/2010). But VV's data display is late, thereby making it impossible to correlate the relationship between New Shares issued & Price. Can't VV display the data in a more timely fashion to enable trading and searching based on this phenomenon?

VV7 Portofolio graphs continue to "run" after all positions are closed.
Once all positions are closed the graph continues to chart additional days, unlike VV online portfolio's. Would like the ability to have an "end" date in portfolio's.

I'm new to VV, just a few days with VV7. Few preliminary thoughts. Add ARR to layout options. Add more criteria to differentiate & analyze ETF's. Allow portfolio sorts by industry and ability to subtotal. ie. Aids to analyze portfolio allocation by sector and industry. Also, be able to detach the portfolio so we can bring it up in a separate window. Keep up the good work. i like the new VV7 layout. Hopefully more intuitive.Last, got some promo info from Vantage Point. I'm still skeptical of black box "neural networks," but they are correct that most…

Backtest - Multiple STOP Criteria
Allow for combination STOP criteria - example: 30% Gain and/or 15% TRAILING STOP. This is possible in Prographics 6 Simulator but not VV7.

derby graph colors set all 1 color at once
set 1 color for all derby graphs rather than having to change them 1 at a time. most now have colors which do not show up on white background.

Backtest: one-click Test Periods
Would appreciate one-click selection of common Test Periods, e.g. week, month, quarter, year, which would auto-calculate either the corresponding start date or end date.

Add %G/L to each security in BackTest Transaction Log
On VectorVest 7 Intraday, at the backtest section add the %G/L on each of the securities once you open the transaction log. Currently, you get the %G/L for the whole portafolio, but not for each security.

Create a paramater that lets you search for stocks that are within some percentage of their 52 week
Create a parameter that lets you search for stocks within some percentage of their 52 week low..........
For example, you could search for equities within 25% of their 52 week low.
