   the protrader function only allows for MACD line cross signal line, it doesn't have a function for crossing the ZERO LINE. i think you are confusing MACD bullish/bearish crossover with MACD crossing zero line

   they are not the same thing

    can someone at Vector Vest please comment on this about using UNISearch type function to create a stop signal. can you tell us if its impossible so we stop asking, or too complex..... or if you just don't want to

    i think everyone that is a subscriber would really like to have a more personalized stop, and only a Uniserach type of stop would solve this need for everyone, without VV having to go overboard adding 10-15 more stop indicators.

    can you also try to figure out more options for stop criteria like the unisearch function or something along the lines of MACD or (moving averages on ATR)
    price moving average cross overs. in otherwords what we can use to build a UNISEARCH for a buy, the exact opposite conditions should be capable to be used for sells
