Add WatchList Average Graph
I want to chart the AVERAGE of a watchlist or Portfolio in real time (intraday) and be able to apply indicators (moving, averages, etc. so I can determine entry and exit points for the Watchlist or Portfolio as a whole. You already give me this ability on individual stocks. I need to do it for the average of the Portfolio and Watchlists. VectorVest Prographics lets me chart a single graph for the average of a watchlist with end of day data and apply any indicator. I want to do the exact same thing with intraday data.
This feature is available in the latest update to VectorVest 7 which is currently being rolled out.

I agree the average watchlist graph is a terrific tool. Though it is available in the end of day, it is not available as a graph in real time. In real time we can assemble a watchlist, but we cannot determine in real time any metrics for the average graph. Only individual components of the watchlist can be graphed along with the technical indicators. Without the ability to have Pro Graphics calculate the average, I have to go through the process of calculating this myself by writing down the results for each stock in the watchlist and dividing by the total number of the individual stocks in the Watchlist. Not only is this cumbersome, but it seems to defeat the purpose of the goals of VectorVest 7, which is to have the slickest, and best charts and info available. Please HELP and have the programmers figure out how to accomplish Real Time average watchlist graphs
The Watchlist Graph was added to Version 18.104.22.168 of VectorVest 7. This update is still being rolled out to customers, so if you don't have this version it will be available to you soon.
If you do have Version 22.214.171.124 or higher, the Watchlist Graph is available in the Graphs tab. The first button on the top toolbar is labeled Stock by default. Click on it and the last option is Watchlist. Choosing this will allow you to choose any Watchlist from the drop-down list for graphing.
