  1. It would be nice when looking at a graph and seeing performance between calls (confirmed, dew, etc), VV shades the time period but it should also say how much up or down the stock was as a % during the time frame.

  8. Allow graphs for a particular stock to set out a future date that will show Earnings dates and Dividend dates in the future. Similar to what Think Pipes or Think or Swim can do.

  11. The following is from bullishbears.com:

The VWAP trading strategy is a common indicator traders use. VWAP stands for volume weighted average price. It’s used for short term trading. It’s a highly efficient and simple method.

Traders use it as support and resistance in a short time frame. You use it to assess the direction or trend of the stock. VWAP is calculated by adding up the dollar amount traded for every trade transaction (price multiplied by number of shares traded) and then dividing by the total shares traded for the day.

VWAP trading strategy is commonly applied by traders on…

  12. When viewing a number of stock graphs, you have to click on the arrow to move up & down the list. It would be faster and easier to also have a keyboard shortcut to do it.

  13. Add 1 or 2 decimal places to GRT. After viewing the views and looking at the SP&P500 (and others) avg graphs, I noticed there was a strong early warning correlation when the GRT graph ticked down. However the number displayed stayed the same because only integer numbers are displayed when the graph is on the actual number. It would be a lot easier to detect when a tick down occurred if you displayed 2 decimal points of data.

  14. The indicator itself is quite easy: total market capitalisation of all US stocks divided by the latest gross domestic product (GDP). It could be applied to the other Vectorvest databases like the EU.

  17. I strongly suggest to include Volatility SL over price. It will help tremendously in interpretation of short term Support/Resistance levels for excellent entry point decisions.

  18. right now you can have a side by side comparison of weekly and daily charts by entering stock symbols in each field. Why not have the ability to enter one string of stock symbols and have them appear in the same sequence? Even if you enter the same string in each field today, sometimes the symbols dont display in the same order.

  19. The ability to post notes and markings on one graph layout without it appearing on all graphs, or at least the ability to toggle the notes on and off. Graphs can get very cluttered at times and it would be very useful to be able to note trading ideas and entry and exits on the corresponding stock graph without it looking (even more) like a road map. I would use it as a quick and easy trading journal as,I think, would many others. I think this would be a winner.

  20. Please add "Boxes" or "Rectangles" to the "Graph Drawing Types" pull down. It applies regularly to stock charts in our current market.
