Save custom settings when printing in Portfolios/Reports/Print Current Holding.
Save custom settings when printing in Portfolios/Reports/Print Current Holding. VV7 allows custom settings for printing portfolios as desplayed on the screen, however after printing with the custom settings they are lost and the settings need to be re-entered the next time you print, also I would like to print out the information above the list of shares in the portfolio, e.g., total value, Net, % Gain/Loss etc. Also it would be good to be able to enter a date and display the portfolio on that date.

Annualized Percent Gain for each stock
Portfolios for each individual stocks, add a cloumn that would calculate the Annualized Percent Gain. So if you have it less than a year you can see where it might go. Greater than a year you can see if it is doing well on a yearly bases.

In portfolios, provide ability to show reason for 'withdrawal' of funds such as management fees
I use Portfolio to monitor about $1.5 in funds invested with Schwab. In some cases, some of the funds are allocated to a money manager whom I am testing and who charges a management fee quarterly. When I enter that amount in to that specific portfolio, my only option is to show the fee simply as a 'withdrawal' rather than a specific reason. When I inherited some funds from my Mom, I forced myself to allocate a percentage of the inheritance to a money manager and then monitored his successes versus my own using Vector Vest. Suffice to say that…

Summarise key statistics of the overall portfolio
On the bottom line of Stock Viewer or watch lists the key average statistics are displayed for the overall page you are viewing but not on the Portfolio view. This would be especially handy to know the Dividend yield of your portfolio based on the weighting of each share held.
You could also see if a share being considered will improve or decrease the safety (RS) of your portfolio or not.

search feedback
after I have done a search and put stocks into my portfolio there is no automated tracking of what search I used to tell me when I go back to analyze my portfolio. This becomes very difficult when changing searches in a portfolio after three or four turns in the market. At present the only method I have is to type my search and dates used in the portfolio edit, descriptions box. This seems like an easily automated function.

Add divident
Adding divident to a position changes the original date of purchase of the position. Can this be corrected?? so a position bought in 12/4/2008 shows the same purchase date when a divident is added on 2/1/2012. That's what happened. I decided to reinvest dividents in few positions and my original dates of purchase have been changed so I don't know how along I hold these positons any more!!!!!
